About Me:
I am a mother of a 3 year old, who is the best. I have a wonderful husband and two pitbulls. My day job is working with animals and in my spare time I teach Hyp-yoga.
My experience with Hyp-Yoga, Yoga or Hypnosis:
I started Hyp-yoga in March of 2007. The classes are so wonderful. It is the 1 hour a week that is mind to focus on my own well being. It has made become a better mother and wife. It has tought me to live in the moment and not to dwell on the negative. In July I became a instructor. I really enjoy helping people achieve the goals they have set.
