Infomercial Progress

Hello! Our Hyp-Yoga Infomercial is coming along swimmingly! Kim, Becky and I all went down to Florida to meet with our production team in November. After a very productive meeting we went down to Hollywood Florida for a Yoga Journal Conference. As you can see from the pictures below, Becky and I were eaten by sharks while Kim lounged by and did nothing to save us, but it did turn out alright in the end.…

We are the pioneers of the total mind/body connection. The connection of consciousness by the use of the subconscious.

Really, this just means we are a group of people looking to better ourselves and our communities through the tools embodied by hyp-yoga. Yoga, which means union - the body/mind union within ourselves, and the union that exists with all other people and nature - and Hypnosis, the use of our subconscious for positive change and inner peace.

Simple variation of Shirshasana (Sirsasana), the Yoga Headstand: You stand on your elbows, letting your head and neck completely relax. This Hatha Yoga Asana can replace the classical headstand in case of neck problems. It can also prepare you for classical headstand by developing the feeling of putting your weight on the elbows.
